We wish not to penalize any one, however, we prioritize customer first. Below are the scenarios which attract penalty. Penalty is transferred to Sellers at cost


Scenario 1


If a seller Intentionally does not want to fullfill the order or is not available to fulfill order or doesnot confirms or ships the order in agreed shipping time. There are no exceptions to this scenario as the seller can always update his/her stock or take support from Quirq to learn how to update stock and avoid receiving orders.
